What you can EXPECT from Layc:
to access a growing, THRIVING, productive and successful group of members, who are willing to share ideas, time and talent, in order to assist each other in developing or furthering the ASPIRATIONS of each other. You can also expect that your outlines, comments, and initiatives will receive feedback that will support and will also challenge. MENTORING.

This healthy and engaged discussion can occur for you ANYTIME, day or night..

If you are a night owl, and your concern is dogging you at 2am…you will have the ability to log onto Layc, place your discussion point into the FORUM, and then have your responses arrive when others have made time to visit and have assessed the content they would like to share with you.

The value of this discussion will continue to grow, by your active participation in it. You can expect that the discussions will begin to form into TOPIC GROUPS, which will be developed into forums. The forums will become part of the offerings in Level III and may include live or skype formats. You can expect that you will be INSPIRED.

What you can EXPECT from me:
an ACTIVE and DYNAMIC leader of discussions, a participant in as many discussions as I have wisdom to lend to, a GUIDANCE hand if anyone is participating in a less than professional tone. You can also expect that if I see or hear that two or more of you are aligning with the same CONCEPTS or would ‘click’ I will do my utmost to bring this to your attention.

You can also expect that I will bring my EXPERIENCE with groups, with leadership, with boards, and with governance, as well as my experience with business, to the discussions and the structure of Layc, as it currently exists, and in its EVOLUTION.

You can expect that my interactions online will occur daily.
You can expect that as the tone of dialogues increases, and themes begin to appear, that I will blog on those topics.
You can expect that I will see things differently than you might, and this will begin a dynamic discussion, should we decide to enter into it.

The expectations of Layc:
respectful dialogue, active engagement, feedback on all levels [love it? Hate it? Say so!] financial support, REFERRALS to others you know who would benefit Layc, and who would benefit from their involvement in Layc. Philanthropy [Level IV] Meaningful discussions ~ and most importantly COMPLETE COURSES OF ACTION.

From personal experience, I know that I have been exhausted by meetings that went nowhere, projects that are still languishing because noone has the courage to take the big step, that ‘popularity’ has stalled many fine actions ~ LAYC IS DESIGNED TO BE ACTIVE FROM START TO FINISH.

Your idea, your dialogue with the group, your initiative, your warning….will all become part of ACTIONS that will move either your own project forward, that of another, or the entity of Layc itself.

I look forward to the beginning of the dialogue Ladies, and to the continuing INSPIRATION that was the impetus for Layc, all along.
